We are pleased to offer exhibit booths at the UBRC 2008 National Convention. This will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Wichita, Kansas on May 16-17. Registration is $35.00 for (1) 8’ x 10’ Draped table and (2) chairs. Exhibit space will be reserved in the Hall. Any phone or data connection services will require an additional fee. These will be provided by the hotel and/or outside vendors; information will be provided in the packet you will receive. Exhibit setup will begin at 8:00 A.M. on Friday, May 16th . Exhibits will be open from 12:00 noon to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 16th and on Saturday, May 17th exhibits will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
